Well another yearling season has passed. What a busy time! And wow what prices they were going for! Who on earth can afford multi millions for a race horse? Don’t fret, as we do have shares available at very reasonable prices. And not only that they are very good types with lovely pedigrees. One standout is a tall scopey and very handsome GALILEO colt out of the Geiger Counter mare GOLD QUEST.She won 3 races from 1200m and is a half sister to Strike Me Blushing (multiple city winning & stakes placed) dam of OBADELE (multiple stakes winner) The whole family is very strong with plenty of depth.While GALILEO was leading first season sire and Champion 3y.o colt in Europe. 10% share in this fine colt is $5000 and only a few shares left! There are many happy owners here at OAKHILL at the moment, with so many horses doing very well. Recent winners include the very consistent CHINOTTO, who just seems to forever pay his way.
Many young horses have made their debut to the race track with fantastic results. We must make mention of EROTUNDA, Another lovely filly who rates a mention of course is OUR TREAT who after all sorts of soundness problems put in a fabulous effort to run third at Ballarat. Good Luck to her connections as a great season looks like coming up. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Michelle to our team. Michelle is taking over the office duties from Pam, who has been absent for some time due to family commitments and has therefore decided to leave. After years with Pam we will certainly miss her, but Michelle after only two days seems to have settled in very well! Welcome Michelle. BACK TO DESTROY has managed to put two wins together, I doubt there is a person in Melbourne who hasn’t met one of the partners in “Wilson” that hasn’t heard all about his wins! And I cannot forget the wonderful OUR RAPHAEL Not only has he been racing the best of his career, but to win the Tatura Cup in fine style at excellent odds only to step out at Sandown at his very next start and blitz his opposition in track record time and again at fantastic odds! What a champ!
